Grant of awards under the FirstGroup plc Executive Annual Bonus Plan (“EABP”)

FirstGroup plc (the “Company”) announces that the following PDMRs of the Company were each granted a nil cost award over the Company’s ordinary shares of 5 pence under the EABP as set out below.  The awards were made on 15 June 2015, after set performance conditions under the EABP were achieved during the financial year 2014/15:
