guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 15 April 2010 was 284.84p (ex
income) 285.03p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,048,612 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 15 April 2010 was 284.42p (ex income) 284.60p (cum income).
