guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 30 March 2010 was 278.58p (ex
income) 278.39p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,941,612 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 30 March 2010 was 278.05p (ex income) 277.87p (cum income).
