guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 10 November 2009 was 243.92p (ex
income) 244.06p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,640,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 10 November 2009 was 243.52p (ex income) 243.66p (cum income).
