guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 11 June 2009 was 203.51p (ex
income) 206.07p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,048,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 11 June 2009 was 203.22p (ex income) 205.68p (cum income).
