guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 19 May 2009 was 212.23p (ex
income) 213.57p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,293,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 19 May 2009 was 211.80p (ex income) 213.09p (cum income).
