guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 24 May 2010 was 268.07p (ex
income) 269.72p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
803,011 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 24 May 2010 was 267.97p (ex income) 269.60p (cum income).
