Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 21 September 2009 was 239.02 (ex
income) 243.77p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,525,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 21 September 2009 was 238.66p (ex income) 243.27p (cum income).
