Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 13 May 2010 was 282.04p (ex
income) 283.54p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,278,011 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 13 May 2010 was 281.68p (ex income) 283.14p (cum income).
