guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 21 April 2009 was 192.17p (ex
income) 191.80p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,583,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 21 April 2009 was 191.83p (ex income) 191.48p (cum income).
