Investment Policy
Further to the recent changes in the Listing Rules, the Board of Fidelity Asian
Values PLC (the 'Company') hereby announces it is the Company's policy to
invest no more than 15% of its gross assets in other investment companies
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority.

Is not required to be regulated or supervised by a body concerned with the regulation or supervision of investment or financial services;
