ToLuna has been notified that Frederic Charles-Petit, Chief Executive, has
today sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, equivalent to 0.33 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company, at 130p per share. Mr Charles-Petit
now holds 4,928,357 ordinary shares, equivalent to 13.72 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
