The Company announces, following notification received yesterday, that
following transactions on 8 April 2010, Artemis Investment Management Limited
now holds a total of 15,406,759 ordinary shares in the capital of Eurovestech
("Ordinary Shares"). These shares are held via Artemis VCT plc (Institutional
Special Situations).

Subsequent to these transactions and as announced on 9 April 2010, the Company
acquired 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares for cancellation under the share buy-back
programme (the "Cancellation"), leading to a reduction in the total voting
rights of Eurovestech. Following the Cancellation, Artemis Investment
Management Limited's holding is now equivalent to 4.61 per cent. of the
Company's voting share capital.
