Eurovestech was notified on 17 March 2008 that, following a purchase on 11
March 2008 of 12,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"),
equivalent to 3.64 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company,
INVESCO plc holds 98,900,819 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 28.78 per cent. of
the issued voting share capital of the Company.
