Further to the announcement dated 13 July 2009 ToLuna, the leading independent
online panel and survey technology provider to the global market research
industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédéric-Charles Josse
Mutien Ghislain de Mevius, aged 50, to the Board of the Company as
non-executive director, with immediate effect.

Under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the following information is

Mr de Mevius was appointed as a director of Royal Boch Manufacture S.A on 28
May 1998. By a court decision dated 26 February 2009 Royal Boch Manufacture S.A
was declared bankrupt upon the initiative of its board of directors. Prior to
the bankruptcy, this company was under the special regime of voluntary
composition (temporary protection against creditors) since 17 November 2008.

Mr de Mevius does not hold any shares in the capital of the Company. However,
he is the chief executive officer of Verlinvest S.A. which holds 6,666,667
ordinary shares in ToLuna's issued share capital, representing 13.38 per cent.
of the Company's issued voting share capital.

Mr de Mevius has confirmed there is no additional information under schedule 2,
paragraph (g) of the AIM rules which needs to be disclosed.
