                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company announces that on 11 June 2010, Richard Grogan, Chairman of
Eurovestech, sold a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.30 per cent. of the issued voting
share capital of the Company, at a price of 13.5 pence per share.

Following the sale, Mr Grogan now holds a total of 3,035,019 Ordinary Shares,
equivalent to 0.92 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
