                           Director's shareholdings                            

The Company announces that it was notified yesterday, following a transaction
on the same day, that Jean-Michel Petit, Director of Investments, has purchased
57,971 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company (the
"Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of Eurovestech.

Following the purchase, Mr Petit now holds 357,971 Ordinary Shares, equivalent
to 0.10 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
