address of the Company in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") has been changed to 
No. 9 Guangningbo Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the PRC. Recently, the Company has obtained 
the Business License of the Enterprise Legal Person issued by the State Administration for 
Industry & Commerce.
