Purchase of Shares by PCA of NED

BWA (AQSE:BWAP), the mining investment company with licences in Cameroon and Canada, is pleased to announce that Lyn Byfield, wife of the Company’s Non-Executive Director, John Byfield, has purchased a shareholding in the Company.

Mrs Byfield has purchased 1,980,196 ordinary shares of 0.5p each (“ Ordinary Shares ”).   Mr and Mrs Byfield now hold a total of 7,620,196 Ordinary Shares between them, equivalent to 0.79% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
