Holding(s) in Company

Arsenal Holdings plc (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr Alisher Burkhanovich Usmanov has increased his beneficial interest in the shares of the Company to 30.04% (previously 15.02%) and that Mr Ardavan Farhad Moshiri has decreased his beneficial interest in the shares of the Company to 0% (previously 15.02%).

This follows from Mr Alisher Burkhanovich Usmanov becoming the sole beneficial owner of the entire issued share capital of Red and White Holdings Limited, a Jersey company which is the parent entity of Red And White Securities Limited.  The number of shares in Arsenal Holdings PLC held by Red and White Securities Limited is unchanged at 18,695 shares, which equates to 30.04% of the ordinary shares in issue.
