In light of a request received from the shareholder Ashkan Pouya, the Board of Directors of Sdiptech AB has carried out a conversion of 924,000 Class A shares to 924,000 Class B shares. This means that after the conversion, Ashkan Pouya has the same number of shares in Sdiptech as before, 2,016,967, but the proportion of votes decreases from 28.22 to 14.73 percent.
