Nomination Committee appointed ahead of Instalco AB:s Annual General Meeting 2027

A shareholder who wishes to submit a proposal to the Nomination Committee shall do this by a written request to the following address:

To allow the Nomination Committee sufficient time to consider the proposals, they should be submitted no later than 31 January 2027.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on 4 May 2027.
