The share buy-back program that was announced on 6 May 2025 is hereby completed and a total of 3,399,500 ordinary shares have been repurchased for a total amount of SEK 599.3 million.

The share buy-backs form part of the share buy-back program of maximum SEK 600,000,000 announced by Hemnet on 6 May 2025. The share buy-back program has been carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”). The purpose of the share buy-back program has been to adjust Hemnet's capital structure by reducing its share capital.
