Result of General Meeting

African Consolidated Resources plc, the AIM listed resource and development company announces the results of its General Meeting held earlier today (the "GM").

Both resolutions put to shareholders at the GM were duly passed by way of a poll.

The Board remain confident of raising the necessary finance to complete the acquisition of the Dalny mine and related infrastructure, as further detailed in the announcement of 16 June 2014, and the Company will update shareholders in the near future.
