Appointment of Diana Houghton as a Non-Executive Director

The Board of Young’s is pleased to announce the appointment of Diana Houghton as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, 7^th July 2026.

Diana is currently a Non-Executive Director of Marshalls plc where she was recently appointed Senior Independent Director. She brings extensive cross‑sector experience to the role, spanning retail, leisure, consumer goods and industrial manufacturing, and covering strategy, M&A, turnarounds and organic business improvement.

Diana was Senior Adviser to the National Audit Office between 2010 and 2015 and spent seven years on the board of Thorntons plc as Chair of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director. Her previous roles have included Group Head of Strategy at Smiths Group plc, Corporate Development Director of Allied Domecq plc and Strategy Director with Bass plc.

No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.8R in relation to Diana Houghton’s appointment to the board.
