Acquisition of long leasehold interest

Further to the announcement made on 6 September 2010, Kiotech has completed the acquisition of a long leasehold interest in the Manton Wood production and head office site for £1.52m including costs.

Kiotech has also concluded the transfer to Manton Wood of its previously out-sourced production creating further planned integration efficiencies.
