Director’s shareholding

Kiotech International plc (“the Company”) announces that it has been notified of the following

transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 23p each.

On 6 October 2011 Karen Prior, Group Finance Director purchased 10,220

Ordinary shares of 23p each, at a price of 80p per share. Following the purchase Mrs. Prior’s

shareholding in the Company is 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital.
