Dianomi (DNM)
Shares in Dianomi moved sharply higher after the company
agreed a recommended acquisition by Taboola Europe Limited, a subsidiary of
Taboola.com Ltd. The offer comprises a cash element alongside contingent
consideration linked to future commercial outcomes. The board has unanimously
recommended the transaction and significant shareholder support has already
been secured.
The announcement brings an expected change of ownership for
the business, with the acquirer highlighting Dianomi's established position in
financial and business advertising and the complementary nature of its
publisher and advertiser relationships. The proposal is subject to shareholder,
court and regulatory approvals. The share price reaction reflects the terms of
the bid and the formal recommendation from the board.
Cadence Minerals (KDNC)
Cadence Minerals was weaker after announcing a fundraising
to support development work associated with the Azteca operation and provide
additional working capital. The funds are earmarked for infrastructure
upgrades, optimisation studies and assessment of opportunities to extend
production and improve operating performance.
The company said the Azteca restart programme is already
funded and that commissioning activity is underway. The additional capital is
intended to accelerate supporting works, including infrastructure projects and
studies designed to evaluate higher throughput, improved recoveries and
potential additional feed sources. The share price move followed the issuance
of new shares as part of the fundraising.
Nativo Resources (NTVO)
Nativo Resources gained after securing project finance and
equity funding intended to complete construction and commissioning of the La
Patona gold processing plant in Peru. The company described the agreement as
providing a funded route towards first production at the facility.
Under the agreement, funding is expected to be directed
towards plant completion, associated infrastructure and defined working capital
requirements. Management said the processing plant is already at an advanced
stage of development and that the package allows construction activity to
recommence and progress towards commissioning. The positive share price
reaction was driven by the removal of a significant funding hurdle for the
project.
