Dividend Timetable
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announced on 15 March 2022 the Board's proposal to pay a final dividend totalling 10.0p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021.
This will be presented to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday 12 May 2022 at 2.00 pm.
If approved, the dividend will be paid on 27 May 2022 to shareholders on the register of members on 13 May 2022, the ex-dividend date will be 12 May 2022.
