Shareholder Presentation and Patents Update

BOS  GLOBAL  Holdings  NL  ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), is pleased to  advise  that  a  Shareholder
Presentation  has been prepared and made available from the Company's website: www.forteenergy.com.au.  The
presentation  will  form the basis of a global roadshow to brokers and investors by the Managing  Director,
Michael Travia, commencing 19 September 2016 in London, UK.

The  Company is also pleased to announce its filing of a PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) patent application
for BOS-360 Work Patterns with IP Australia. Contemporaneously, the Company's patent attorney, FB Rice, has
also  lodged  a  provisional application (US Provisional Application: 62/382,678) with  the  United  States
Patent and Trademark Office.

BOS360  Work  Patterns  is  a designed productivity system to collect, evidence  and  project  day  to  day
activities  of  professional knowledge workers so that clients can measure productivity and performance  of
its workforce.
