On 3 October 2012 the Company announced that it would be undertaking an Open
Offer to raise approximately £200,000 (gross of expenses) through the issue of
199,953,000 ordinary shares at an Open Offer Price of 0.1 pence per ordinary
share. Details of the Open Offer are set out in the General Meeting Notice that
was sent on 14 September 2012 ("Notice"). The Open Offer closed at 4.30pm on 25
October 2012. Other defined terms in this announcement are as defined in the

Early Equity is pleased to announce that valid applications under the Open
Offer have been received from Qualifying Shareholders for 115,822,440 ordinary
shares. As stated in the Notice, GAEA Resources Limited ("GAEA") has taken up
its full entitlement under the Open Offer. In addition and as per the
underwriting agreement with the Company, GAEA has taken up the entitlements of
all Qualifying Shareholders who have not taken up their entitlements under the
Open Offer. Consequently, GAEA has been issued with an additional 84,130,560
ordinary shares of the Company at the Open Offer Price.

As a result of the Open Offer, the following hold a disclosable interest in the
shares of the Company:

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of
Early Equity confirms that the Company has 244,387,001 shares of 0.1p in issue
carrying voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify
their interest in, or change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Hui Jie Lim, Executive Director of the Company, commented: "We are delighted to
have successfully completed the Open Offer and we are pleased that many of the
smaller Shareholders chose to take advantage of this opportunity. The result
demonstrates the support of our shareholders for the Company's progression,
which enables us to pursue our global investment strategy with great

benefit of all our Shareholders."
