Early Equity is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Bradley-Hoare
and Paul Eugene Rewrie as Directors of the Company, with immediate effect.

Jonathan Bradley-Hoare established his own accountancy practice, Welbeck
Associates Limited in 2005 and is closely involved with a number of AIM listed
companies where he is responsible for the financial reporting issues and acts
as Company Secretary. Jonathan has also been appointed Financial Controller to
several AIM listed companies.

Paul Rewrie, aged 50 years has been a Chartered Management Accountant for 20
years. He formed Oxford and Cambridge Independent Advisers Limited in 1992 and
sold it via trade sale in 2003.  Paul has been a Finance Director and Company
Secretary for various companies including Cambridge Biostability, Peel Homes
and Caspian Homes Limited. Paul has been involved in fundraising via private
and public offerings and trade sales.

Furthermore, the Company announces that Mr Robert Painting and Mr Jonathan Hall
have stepped down as Directors of the Board with immediate effect. As part of
an agreement between the Company, Mr Painting, and Mr Hall, the Board has
approved the full and final settlement of all outstanding loans in the Company
totalling £49,943.86 to Mr Painting and Harbinger Capital Plc ("Harbinger"), a
company in which Mr Hall is a Director. This settlement has been made through
the payment by the Company to these parties of an aggregate cash payment of £
36,250. Following this settlement, Early Equity will be substantially debt
free. Inter-alia with the settlement of the Company's outstanding liabilities
to Mr Painting and his departure from the Board, a compromise agreement dated
17 February has been entered into between the Company and Mr Painting entitling
him to compensation of £15,000 for loss of office.

The Board would like to thank Mr Robert Painting and Mr Jonathan Hall for their
contribution to the Company and wishes them success in their future endeavours.

Share Sale

In addition, the Company would like to announce that it has sold 6,000,000
shares held by the Company in Alpha Prospects Plc to Agneash Soft Commodities
plc ("Agneash") for £76,250. As a result, the Company now holds 6,652,344
shares in Alpha Prospects Plc, representing 4.93% of the issued share capital
of Alpha Prospects Plc.

Finally, the Company has been notified that Mr Painting and Harbinger have sold
their entire holdings in Company to Agneash Soft Commodities plc and Flare
Capital Limited. Mr Painting and Harbinger no longer hold a disclosable
interest in Early Equity. Agneash holds 11,500,000 shares in the Company
representing 25.88% and Flare Capital Limited holds 12,000,000 shares
representing 27% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In the last five years, Mr Bradley-Hoare was director of Welbeck Consolidations
Limited a dormant company that was dissolved in 2008. He was previously a
director of Woodpecker Pet Products Limited which went into receivership in
2001. The shortfall to creditors from such receivership is unknown since the
receivers did not file the relevant documents at Companies House.

Paul Rewrie was a director of Commercial Tyre Services Limited which was placed
into liquidation in January 2010. There was no shortfall of creditors.

Paul Rewrie is a director of Commercial Tyre Solutions Limited which went into
administrative receivership in March 2011.
