Application for the admission of shares
Further to the announcement at 7 a.m. on 8 December 2020, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of a total of 3,922,789 ordinary shares of €0.0003367 each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 15 December 2020. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 457,126,075 Ordinary Shares.
