Bens Creek (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in North America, announces that following admission on 3 December 2021 of the 1,500,000 new ordinary shares in relation to an exercise of warrants ("Admission"), as announced by the Company on 26 November 2021, the beneficial interest of Adam Wilson (Chief Executive Officer) in the Company remains unchanged at 28,000,000 ordinary shares but following Admission now represents 7.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
