Results of Placing


The Board of Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has raised gross proceeds of approximately £8.8 million pursuant to a placing of 8,229,174 new Shares under the existing Placing Programme (the "Placing").


The Company received applications for 8,229,174 Shares.  The placing price of the new Shares is 107.50 pence per Share, representing a 1.6% premium to the latest published estimated cum income NAV per Share of 105.81 pence announced on 8 February 2018.


The new Shares will, when issued, be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares. Application has been made for the new Shares to be admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").  It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 February 2018.


Following Admission, the total number of Shares in issue will be 84,228,525 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 84,228,525.  There are no shares held in treasury. The above figure of 84,228,525 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
