Enteq, the energy technology Company, announces that on 15 December 2020 it issued and allotted 233,463 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to both the Executive and Non-Executive Directors in compensation for remuneration due.

 

These new Ordinary Shares were issued in compensation for the elements of remuneration foregone in relation to the period 1 July 2020 to 30 November 2020 and 1 April 2020 to 30 November 2020 respectively, at a prices of 13.7p and 13.4p per new Ordinary Share.  These issue prices reflect the Company's average share price during the periods to which the compensation relates.

Application has been made for the 233,463 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 21 December 2020. Following the above issue of new Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares (each carrying one vote) in issue is 67,834,698.  There are no shares held in treasury.  The figure of 67,834,698 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the share capital of Enteq under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
