Bluewater Bio Enters Sunday Times Tech Track 100 League Table

Entering at number 35 ranks BwB as one of the UK's fastest growing private technology companies

Bluewater Bio is listed as the 35th fastest growing technology company in the UK as shown in the Sunday Times Sage Tech Track 100 league table. No other water company is listed in the top 100.

The Sunday Times Sage Tech Track 100 league table ranks Britain's 100 private technology, media and telecoms (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years. It is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each September.

Richard Haddon, Executive Chairman, and CEO commented: "The Sunday Times table illustrates the improving performance of the business, which has experienced continued improvements over the last 5 years. Next year will be yet another record year."

Headquartered in London but with a global footprint, BwB experienced 164% year-on-year growth in 2019 and current performance indicates a further 300% growth this year, which is not included as yet in the Sunday Times data.

Richard Haddon concluded: "I have to say, this has not been an easy journey and like any company we have faced significant challenges as well as that of COVID-19. Despite this, we have continued to thrive.  We have created aspects about our business that has amassed the exponential improvements, namely excellent technologies, the highest of calibre people who are focussed and dedicated to our clients. Being the only water company in the top 100, shows how challenging our market environment is and being able to outperform, year on year is an outstanding success story."
