Secure Income REIT Plc (AIM: SIR), the specialist long term income REIT, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, containing the results for the year ended 31 December 2019 that were announced on 12 March 2020 and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders today and is available in the Investor Centre on the Company's website at  


The AGM of the Company is currently intended to be held at Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0PJ at 9.30am on Thursday 21 May 2020.  The Company is closely monitoring developments in relation to Covid-19.  The current Government advice would restrict attendees at an AGM, but the guidance is subject to change from time to time.  We will continue to monitor Government and Public Health England advice and we will notify shareholders should the arrangements for or timing of the meeting change.


It is important that shareholders can exercise their rights, whether or not they are able to attend the AGM for whatever reason. Therefore we strongly encourage shareholders to cast their votes by way of the appointment of a proxy in accordance with the guidance provided in the notice of meeting and the notes accompanying it, whether or not they are currently intending to attend the meeting in person.

The Company's Board is chaired by Martin Moore together with three further independent Directors: Leslie Ferrar, Jonathan Lane and Ian Marcus, as well as three members of the Prestbury Team: Nick Leslau, Mike Brown and Sandy Gumm.


The Company is a UK REIT which floated on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in June 2014.
