ETF Merger

Issuer:                   Market Access

Merging ETF:      iSTOXX Asia Index UCITS ETF

LSE Ticker:           N/A. Listed on Deutsche Börse and SIX Swiss Exchange only.

Receiving ETF:    STOXX China Minimum Variance Index UCITS ETF

Ticker:                   M9SV LN

Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of the Receiving ETF that the board of directors of the Issuer (the "Board of Directors") has decided to merge the Merging Sub-Fund into the Receiving Sub-Fund. The merger shall become effective on 10 December 2019 (the "Effective Date").

The level of assets under management of the Receiving Sub-Fund is currently too low to enable it to operate in an economically efficient manner. In order to avoid having to liquidate the Receiving Sub-Fund, the Board of Directors is therefore seeking to pool all of the assets of the Merging Sub-Fund within the Receiving Sub-Fund in order to increase the level of assets under management.

The Board of Directors believes that this merger will be in the best interest of shareholders in the Receiving Sub-Fund, who are expected to benefit from the increased scale of the pooled investments of the Merging Sub-Fund and additional operational efficiencies.

Equally, the Board of Directors believes that this merger will be in the best interest of shareholders in the Merging Sub-Fund, who are expected to benefit from the more modern index methodology, greater diversification and greater marketability of the Receiving Sub-Fund.
