The Directors of Venture Six Plc (the "Company" or "Venture Six") wish to
announce the following changes to the Board of the Company:

On 14 May 2010 Mr Barry Gold and Mr Gerry Desler resigned as Directors of the

On the same date Mr Ray Harris and Mr Ronald Stirling were appointed as
Directors of the Company. Ray Harris has been appointed as Chairman and Finance
Director and Ronald Stirling as Managing Director.

Ray Harris qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1961 and currently acts as a
Tax Consultant for Adler Shine LLP. His expertise revolves around capital
taxes, including Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax. Ray also advises
clients on dealing with HM Revenue & Customs in respect of taxation enquiries
and investigations.

Ray Harris has been a non-executive director of Hay & Robertson Plc since
November 2003; this company was put into liquidation in February 2004. Ray
Harris has been a non-executive director of Marchpole Holdings Plc since
November 2003; this company was put into liquidation in July 2009.

Ray Harris has been a director of Homebody Limited since August 2007; this
company was put into administration in November 2008.

Ray Harris was a director of Simpliciti Telecommunications Limited between
August 1999 and December 2000. This company was put into liquidation in July

Ray Harris was a director of Your Space Plc between July 2003 and November
2009, of Workspace (North West) Limited between March 2004 and December 2008
and of Your Space (UK) Limited between March 2004 and November 2009. These
companies proposed voluntary arrangements with their creditors in November 2009
and an administrator was appointed in March 2010.

Ronald Stirling founded the Stirling Cooper Fashion Group in 1968 and developed
the company into one of the most successful, and popular, young high fashion
brands. He sold the company in 1991 to concentrate on his private investment

From 1995 until 2002, he was President of Kasper ASL Europe Limited, where he
developed brands such as Kasper ASL, Albert Nipon and Anne Klein for the
European market. From 2003, Ronald has taken non-executive directorships in a
number of listed entities.
