                                Board Changes

Following approval of the cash subscription by VS&A Communications Partners
III, L.P. (VS&A) at the EGM held on 6 November 2000, Jeffrey Stevenson,
President and Managing General Partner of VS&A and Nigel Stapleton, Senior
Principal of VS&A, have joined the Board of ITE Group Plc ('ITE' or 'the
Company'), the international exhibitions specialist, as non-executive
directors as proposed on 11 October 2000.

The Board of ITE is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mohsen
Ghozzi as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mohsen Ghozzi has held no directorships in any other publicly quoted company
at any time in the previous five years preceding the date of appointment.

There are no other matters required to be disclosed by the Listing Rules in
connection with Mohsen Ghozzi's appointment.

ITE Group plc further announces that Mr Mark Webber, executive director, has
resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Lawrie Lewis, Chairman of ITE commented:
