West 175 Media Group Inc
13 March 2000

West 175 Media Group Inc, ('West 175' or the 'Company'), the lifestyle media
group listed on AIM, announces that it has agreed terms to acquire a 5 per
cent shareholding in The Natural Health Channel, a 50.50 joint venture company
set up by The Sanctuary Group Plc together with Mr. James Driscoll M.B.E., for
a total consideration of £500,000 to be satisfied by the issue of 125,000 new
common shares in West 175 at £4.00 per share.

The Natural Health Channel is expected to be Britain's first digital TV
Channel devoted to natural health issues and will be launched later this year.

It will be accompanied by a sister website, also branded The Natural Health
Channel, offering what is planned to be an authoritative information source on
products and services in the natural health goods and services providers.

The Natural Health Channel aims to become the leading TV content provider
targeted to the mass market in the natural health sector, providing
entertaining and informative programmes on health, beauty, fitness, nutrition,
natural health and complementary therapies. The Channel is in negotiation
with BBC Resources Limited for the provision of Studio and Channel Management
facilities in Birmingham. A carriage agreement with a digital Broadcaster is
expected to be concluded shortly.

Broadcasting initially on the digital satellite platform, which currently has
over two million UK subscribers, the new Channel will be free to air and be
available to digital cable operators and to digital terrestrial television,
when the transponder capacity is increased.

Commenting, Mr. Rohan Courtney Chairman of West 175 Media Group said: 'This
initial investment in The Natural Health Channel and sister website allows us
to extend our activities beyond cookery and utilises our skills in lifestyle
television production and broadcasting. Our resources in live events,
publishing, production, e-commerce and global product fulfillment are all
available to the new Channel in which we will play a significant role.

Our main markets in the United States, Australia, New Zealand as well as the

sources which The Natural Health Channel will supply.

We look forward to assisting in the development of this channel to ensure it
has as a wide a reach as possible.'
