Baypoint and Fujitsu

OnePoint Messenger, Release 2.0, announced March 7, 2000, at CT Expo and
provides tight integrations to many PBXs. New in Release 2.0, OnePoint
Messenger supports the Fujitsu F9600(r) PBX Multimedia Platform. F9600 PBX
users can now add OnePoint Messenger and benefit from its rich unified
messaging features including: having e-mail read to them over a phone, Web
browser and PC desktop access to voice and fax messages, and off-line
messaging using Microsoft Outlook.

'Fujitsu Business Communication Systems is one of our key distributors of
NuPoint Messenger systems and in fact, was one of our first software-only OEM
partners,' said Mike Berlin, Mitel vice president and general manager of
Baypoint Innovations. 'We are very pleased to have this opportunity to expand
our relationship with Fujitsu and add them to our list of premier OnePoint
Messenger distributors. We share a significant number of customers using
F9600 PBXs and NuPoint Messenger voice mail. Now all of them can be easily
upgraded to unified messaging.'

Baypoint and CompuCom

CompuCom Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMPC) a leading infrastructure solutions
provider, intends to offer OnePoint Messenger, Release 2.0, and supporting

where we are going in professional services within CompuCom's Messaging
Practice. We are focused on providing cutting-edge technology solutions to our
clients and we have the migration expertise to ensure that their voice-mail
migration occurs as smoothly and efficiently as the e-mail migrations that we
do everyday.'

Part of Baypoint Innovations' launch activities at CT Expo include a 'Points
