Application has been made for 3,377,005 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange ('AIM').

The new Ordinary Shares are being admitted to trading pursuant to a subscription
and the exercise of options, which have previously been announced, but for which
listing applications were not made due to a clerical error. These shares rank
pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected
to commence on 29 December 2006 on AIM.
