The Company was notified on 29 June 2009 that on 25 June 2009 SVS Securities plc
("SVS") disposed of 27,715,517 ordinary shares of £0.0006818 each in the Company
("Ordinary  shares").  As a result of the disposal SVS's holding  has  decreased
from 64,230,421 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 4.2 per cent. of the
voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company) to 36,514,904
Ordinary  Shares, with each Ordinary Share having one voting right, representing
approximately  2.4 per cent. of the voting rights in the issued  ordinary  share
capital of the Company.
