AdEPT Telecom plc, one of the UK's leading independent providers of unified telecommunications and IT solutions, announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 8BS on 16 January 2018 at 10.00am to consider an ordinary resolution to change the Company's name.
