Further to the announcement on 27 September 2018, AdEPT Telecom plc informs that, whilst the forms have been submitted to Companies House, confirmation in relation to the Company's name change has yet to be received. As a result, the name change will not take effect at 08.00 a.m. on Monday 1 October 2018. A further announcement as to the effective date of the name change will be made once the required confirmations in respect of the name change have been received.
