Scottish Investment Trust NAV falls

The Scottish Investment Trust's net asset value on a total return basis fell by 8.1% in the four months to the end of August. The company's principal comparator indices, the FTSE All-World and FTSE All-Share fell by 8.6% and 4.6% respectively. The ex-income NAV with borrowings at par fell by 9.1% compared with 9.6% and 5.8% falls in the FTSE All-World and FTSE All-Share indices.
