Forte Energy NL ("Forte" or "the Company") (AIM: FTE), advises that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")  was
reconvened  today as announced on 11 December 2015, and that the Company's Annual Report was tabled.  There
were no other agenda matters in today's meeting as all other items in the Notice of AGM were dealt with  on
Friday 27 November 2015 prior to the adjournment of the AGM.
