Director's dealings

The Company has today been informed that on 2 March 2011, Mike Norris sold 53,604 ordinary shares ('Shares') in the Company at a price of 240.37 pence per Share in order to settle the income tax and other liabilities resulting from the receipt of bonus Shares as announced on 24 February 2011.

As a result of this transaction, Mike Norris holds a beneficial interest in the Company as follows:
